CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

  1. a) EHI does not accept responsibility caused by the bad use of the contents and reserves the right to update them, to eliminate them, to limit them or to prevent the access to them, temporarily or permanently and at any time.
    b) EHI won’t make, on its Website, any misleading advertising. It won’t be considered as misleading advertising, typing or numeric errors. EHI will correct the error as soon as being aware of it.
    c) EHI will collect data for advertising purposes or sending publicity of any kind or any sales communications or other kinds of commercial notices only if the recipient’s consent has been requested and granted in advance as established in the Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and E-Commerce. In short, users who access this website can view the contents and make, if necessary, authorized private copies provided that the elements reproduced are not subsequently transferred to third parties, or installed on servers connected to networks, or are not subject to any type of exploitation. Likewise, all brands, commercial names or distinctive signs of any kind that appear on the web site are the property of EHI and it cannot be understood that the use or access to the same attributes to the user any right over them.

 

DATA PROTECTION ACT

In accordance with that stipulated in art. 4 of the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection, the User undertakes to provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date information, which is truthful and which reflects the User’s current situation. The information received through the forms and e-mails sent by Users requesting further details regarding our services will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, exclusively for the purposes of providing the requested services and sending information regarding its products and services, and those of the companies which form part of the group commercially known as EHI with all the legal and security guarantees established by Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and E-Commerce.
Your personal data may be used to keep you informed about other products and services offered by the hotels of the Europe Hotels International group. Fields marked with * are compulsory to fill out in order to be able to establish the above-mentioned communications.
In the registration forms process, the User is the unique responsible for the collected data and does accept to provide true, exact and complete information about its identity. Users may withdraw their consent and exercise their right to access, correct, cancel or oppose said data, by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: protecciondatos@europe-hotels.org, with a copy of the DNI or passport attached.
EHI upholds levels of protection of your personal details and have implemented all the technical measures within their power in order to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of details which you may provide to EHI, even though Internet security may not be completely firm against breaches and so, EHI does not accept any liability if security is breached.
EHI may use “cookies” when providing its Website services. “Cookies” are physical files containing personal information lodged in the User’s terminal. The User may configure its web browser so as to prevent the creation of cookies, or to warn of their existence.
EHI undertakes to inform customers of the purposes for which the personal details provided over the website will be used. Information can be provided by means of diverse different forms:

 

1.) New customer forms
When completing any request, the User accepts and authorizes EHI to use and process the personal details provided and generated for its own purposes, including the purposes of offering customised products and services and of improving our commercial relations with customers. The User also consents to their details being ceded to the company in order to provide the best possible customer service and to send them
information about our products and services.

2.) Online reservations
By completing the online reservations form, the User accepts and authorizes to use and process (in an automated fashion) their personal details with the aim of making the requested reservation, offering customised products and services and improving our commercial relations with customers. Also, customers making a reservation are informed that their personal and reservation details will be ceded to the companies involved in the reservation and/or travel process, as well as to the hotel in question, regardless of the country in which said companies may be based. Consequently, international data transfer may take place, although always with the exclusive aim of managing the reservation and guaranteeing its successful completion.

3.) Career Form By completing the Career Form, the User accepts and authorizes EHI to use and process (in an automated fashion) their personal details and the information provided, including it in our personnel selection database with the aim of enabling them to participate in staff selection processes for the various hotels
of the group EHI.

EHI hereby informs the User that they may exercise their right to access, correct, cancel and oppose these details by writing to the processing manager at the EHI’s Human Resources Department. In agreement with the provisions of the Spanish law on personal data protection (Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal), we inform you that your personal data will be stored in our data files, in order to manage the contractual/pre-contractual relationship and the internal administration management within our organisation. You may exert your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in the terms established by the Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, addressed to a EUROPE HOTELS INTERNATIONAL TENERIFE S.L. The User must ensure correct use of the website, in accordance with the law, the principles of good faith, law and order, trading customs and this Legal Notice. The User who acts against the image, name or reputation of EHI, as well as the User who uses without the deserved rights the designs, logos or contents of the Website, will be responsible and could be legally punished.
