A unique congress that unites gastronomy, science, and the fishing sector.

Under the slogan ‘Blue Health’, this edition will bring together during three days, more than 30 speakers, marine biologists, oceanographers, fishing industry leaders, and chefs, to try to address the challenges of the defense and conservation of the oceans and marine culture, with science and gastronomy.
